The Peer Advisor is responsible for translating the overall philosophy and objectives of the George Mason University student experience into a practical and meaningful set of services, activities, and programs for Korea campus students. The Peer Advisor’s primary role is to serve as a helping or resource person, or both, for students, Mason Korea staff, and other University personnel. The Peer Advisor represents the Office of Student Affairs and is expected to promote an environment that fosters global-mindedness, educational achievement, and personal growth. The Peer Advisor will also provide help students so that they can be more engaged in the University’s various activities and events, such as special lectures and fostering cultural exchanges.
