Vice Chairman

Hyn-myung Kim is a public servant with years of experience working with a range of constituents within the United States and various countries throughout the world.  Currently, he is vice chairman of the Korean importers Association (KOIMA). Prior to that, he served in a number of key positions, including Consul Genral, Korea Consulate General in  Los Angles (2014); Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiray to the Republic of Iraq (2012); Director-General, Office of International Training and Cooperation, Central Officials Training Institute, Ministry of Public Administration and Security (2010); Consul-General, Korean Consulate General in Fukuoka, Japan (2007); Secondment to the National Assembly Secretariat (2005); and Deputy Consul-General, Korean Consulate  General in New York (2002).
