Mason Korea holds Korean traditional cultural experience event

On March 30, Professor Hyang Lee of George Mason University Korea hosted a Korean traditional cultural experience event for international exchange students with the Incheon International Exchange Volunteer Group.

This program is part of Professor Hyang Lee’s Korean culture class and is designed to allow local teenagers and Mason Korea students to learn about Korean traditional culture by experiencing the Korean traditional tea ceremony and traditional ‘Hanbok’ costume.

George Mason University Korea and Incheon International Exchange Volunteer Group signed a memorandum of understanding in January for mutual cooperation in cultural exchange activities between the international private organization and youth. Incheon International Exchange Volunteer Group, which is affiliated with the Volunteer Center in Michuhol District, Incheon, started as a small family volunteer group and provides foreign exchange students with opportunities to experience the history and culture of Incheon.

George Mason University Korea, which is actively engaged in various projects related to private cultural and youth international exchanges, looks forward to more exciting activities in the future!
