Welcome, Mason Patriot!
On behalf of the division of University Life, I want to personally welcome you to the Mason Fairfax Campus! Your time in Fairfax will offer unique opportunities for you to engage fully with the George Mason University community. But don't just take it from me - check out our Mason Korea Transition to Fairfax Video to learn more about what to expect!
I strongly encourage you to explore the many ways you can get involved in Fairfax at Mason360. I encourage you to search for and join the University Life Korea group to stay up-to-date with events and opportunities on campus.
University Life is committed to student growth and success in everything students do. We work in partnership with the Office of the Provost, your advisors, and professors to ensure that your time in Fairfax will be rich with learning and fulfillment, both personally and academically. I encourage you to explore the many resources and services available through over 40 offices within University Life. You will find that the Mason Fairfax campus is bustling with activity – there is always something new for you to check out.
Make the most of your time in Fairfax. Join a student organization that interests you, try a club sport or intramural activity through Mason Recreation or catch a Patriot’s Men or Women’s Basketball game. See a show at our Center for the Arts, join an off-campus excursion through International Programs and Services, and be sure to experience Mason Day!
Whatever it is you choose to do with your time on campus, be sure to stay involved, stay healthy and stay in touch. Your well-being is extremely important to us, and we know this is a very big transition! Each semester I look forward to welcoming incoming students from our Mason Korea campus and learning about your interests and passions. My colleagues and I are excited to have you in Fairfax and we are here to help you navigate our robust campus community. Do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is anything you need.
Welcome to the Mason Nation!
