Top 100 + AACSB Accreditation

AACSB Accreditation

George Mason’s School of Business ranks annually among the top 100 US undergraduate business school programs and part-time MBA programs, according to U.S. News & World Report. The school is accredited in both business and accounting by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the world’s largest business education alliance.

The AACSB Advantage

Attaining AACSB accreditation requires a rigorous evaluation of curriculum, faculty, finances, policies and student outcomes, which is why only around 5% of business schools worldwide are able to attain this status. The School of Business is among an even more elite group among AACSB-accredited schools: only 2% of AACSB business schools worldwide are accredited in both business and accounting. AACSB accreditation assures that the program is offering a high-quality business education.

Our graduates benefit from the respect for their degrees that this accreditation confers. Companies worldwide seek students from AACSB-accredited business schools—many top, global corporations only recruit from AACSB-accredited schools—and graduates of these schools receive higher, more competitive salaries.  Learn more.
