The Office of Academic Affairs works to facilitate and streamline course registration processes for students and faculty. The office also advises students on their degree progression and helps students understand the University’s policies and procedures.

The Office of Admissions and Enrollment counsels prospective applicants about the admissions process. The office also collects and processes admissions documents, and shares events and news about the University’s admissions.

The Office of Executive Administration provides administrative and general support for the development and delivery of the University’s strategic plans and visions. Additionally, the office is responsible for ensuring George Mason University’s governance support, as well as appropriate operation and integration of all University business.

The Office of External Affairs is the primary contact for government, individuals, businesses, community organizations and media representatives that seek engagement with the GMU Korea campus. There are currently four teams within the office who work collaboratively to cultivate meaningful relationships with domestic and global stakeholders.
대외협력처는 정부기관, 기업, 단체, 언론 및 개인과의 협력을 도모하며, 국내외 다양한 기관과의 교류를 관장하고 있습니다. 대외협력처 산하에는 대정부협력팀, 이벤트기획팀, 홍보·커뮤니케이션팀, 전략기획팀이 있습니다.

The Office of Finance and Planning manages budgets, expenditures, and other financial-related tasks of the University. Additionally, our Student Accounts unit handles tuition billing and collection.

The Office of Human Resources supports the University’s goals by attracting, retaining, and developing qualified employees through initiatives to promote the University’s objective of being an excellent workplace. The office works closely with employees to fulfill relevant obligations in each department and consult about employment issues, and is also involved in organization planning and structuring, as well as University policy regulations.

The Office of Information Technology Services provides the IT infrastructure and collaborative solutions for the entire GMU Korea community. The office works to drive excellence in administrative operations, teaching, and research by providing IT-related equipment and technical support, including classroom support.

The Office of University Life supports diverse student programs and activities, including University-wide events, student organizations, residence life, and international student services. As part of our office, the Career Development Center prepares students for career readiness starting from their first year through their graduation.
