Mason Korea Signs Agreement with Mongolia University of Science and Technology
Campus Dean Robert Matz joins Fairfax administration on Zoom for the signining

Last week, Campus Dean Dr. Robert Matz joined a virtual signing ceremony with the Fairfax campus to establish a partnership between Mason and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST)—a top tier institution in Mongolia—to operate a transfer program that will enable MUST students to earn a Mason bachelor’s degree. Qualified students will be given the unique opportunity to study at the Mason Korea campus before completing their degree requirements in Fairfax.

Representing Mongolia were Prime Minister Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene, the Minister for Education and Science, the MUST Provost, and government officials. From Mason, Provost and Executive Vice President Dr. Mark R. Ginsberg, Vice President for Enrollment David Burge, Director of International Enrollment Partnerships Matthew Sacco, and Program Operations Manager Krista Uhrig joined the event, along with Dr. Robert Matz and Associate Dean of Admissions Kelley Chung from the Korea campus.

We are excited about this new partnership and look forward to welcoming many talented Mongolian students to the Korea campus!
