Mason Korea Staff Nominated for Community Engagement Award from Fairfax Campus

Mason Korea is pleased to announce that Senior Student Life Coordinator, Mihee Cho, was nominated as a finalist for the Seeds of Change Awards by Social Action and Integrative Learning (SAIL), Mason’s Center for Community Engagement.

Cho was nominated for the Engaged Staff Award, which recognizes Mason staff who have been exceptional leaders in the areas of community-based learning, scholarship, and service. As a member of the student affairs unit since its creation, her role has been recognized as critical in engaging the Mason Korea community.

Over the past six years, Cho has managed numerous student leaders and led student events at Mason Korea. The university is immensely proud of Cho and celebrates her contributions and commitment to the Mason community. “Without her, our local Mason community would likely be sorely lacking."
