Mason Korea Signs MOU with PropTech Startup XAI Land

Last week, Mason Korea’s Campus Dean, Dr. Robert Matz, signed an MOU with co-founder and CEO of XAI Land, Ray Chetti, to cooperate on educational, experiential learning, and professional development. XAI Land is a PropTech startup that analyzes real estate transactions and provides current and future Korean real estate price predictions using big data and AI. This partnership will allow Mason Korea students to gain hands-on experience working with XAI Land’s data scientists and get a glimpse into the business operations of startups.

“XAI Land is a terrific company for our students to learn at, given its cutting-edge use of big data and AI, and its successful startup experience. I believe our students can make strong contributions to XAI Land as well,” Matz said. “We are very pleased to enter into this partnership.”

Chetti says, “Internships while in college were foundational in preparing for where I am and what I am doing right now. I want to pay it forward by training students for data analysis and modeling skills and cultivate future entrepreneurs in PropTech.”
