Mason Korea recently formalized its partnership with the Incheon City Human Resources Development Institute at an MOU signing ceremony held at Mason Korea.
With nearly 40 years of experience, the Incheon HRD Institute is a specialized organization run by Incheon City dedicated to HRD for public servants in Incheon. Since 2019, Mason Korea has formed a strong relationship with the Institute through the provision of the Global Talent Program.
The MOU ceremony served to further strengthen the partnership and leverage the strengths of the U.S. education system, along with Mason Korea’s rich diversity, to educate government officials responsible for creating a multicultural and welcoming environment in Incheon.
Through the new agreement, Mason Korea and the Incheon HRD Institute will collaborate on developing education and training programs. The partnership will also facilitate the exchange of institutional officials and the sharing of vital information on student and worker competency development.
"We are delighted to formalize our outstanding partnership with the Incheon HRD Institute and eagerly anticipate the continued growth of our programs,” said Mason Korea Campus Dean, Robert Matz. “Together, we aim to contribute to the development of government officials and further establish Incheon as a truly global city," he added.
"We envision this business agreement between Mason Korea and Incheon HRD Institute as an opportunity to strengthen education and work capabilities at both institutions," said Incheon HRD Institute President, Seo Jae Hee.
Officials from Incheon HRD Institute and members of Mason Korea’s Strategic Partnerships Office also attended the ceremony.
