Dr. Leo Jung, an Associate Professor of Business at Mason Korea, recently delivered a workshop for leaders of Daimler Truck Korea.
Delivering a presentation titled “How to motivate and lead your people for human resource development,” Dr. Jung engaged with a group of eleven team leaders and executives.
Bringing his extensive experience as a former CEO of SK Petrochemical and SK Gas, Dr. Jung provided insights into practical leadership strategies, supported by real-world case studies. He encouraged active participation and dialogue among participants to refine their leadership skills.
“It was a meaningful opportunity to witness the eagerness of real-world business leaders to engage with academia, such as Mason Korea,” said Dr. Jung. “I felt their energy and passion for studying leadership and motivation in the HRD seminar,” he added.
