On the week of Mason Korea's 10th anniversary celebrations, George Mason University signed signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chosun University. The ceremony, held at George Mason's Korea campus in Songdo, solidified a new chapter in collaboration and mutual development between the two institutions.
George Mason University President Gregory Washington signed the MOU with Chosun University President Chun-seong Kim, with Janette Muir, Vice Provost of Academic Affairs; James Casey, Director of the Virginia Serious Game Institute; and Sang Nam, Associate Professor and Director of the Computer Game Design program present at the ceremony.
This MOU builds upon the successful five-year exchange program between Mason's Computer Game Design program and Chosun University's Comics and Animation department. Coinciding with Mason Korea's 10th anniversary, the partnership aims to further strengthen collaboration in various areas.
