Two Mason Korea Students Share American Culture with Daegun High School

Two Mason Korea students, Andrea Estrella (Global Affairs) and Madison Sailakkham (Conflict Analysis and Resolution), recently shared the rich culture of the United States with over 120 students at Daegun High School in Incheon.

The week-long program offered students a unique opportunity to learn about different cultures and perspectives. Estrella and Sailakkham, who are Mexican American and Thai American, shared their personal journeys in Korea and offered insights into American life. They also led cultural activities and discussions, which the high school students thoroughly enjoyed.

Jung Ae Lee, the English teacher who coordinated the program, praised the Mason Korea students for their exceptional cultural engagement. "They not only delivered excellent content but also demonstrated a remarkable ability to connect with Korean students," Lee said.

This cultural exchange underscores Mason Korea’s commitment to fostering global understanding and community engagement. To learn more about partnering with Mason Korea on similar initiatives, please visit our Partnership page.
