Application Period

Monday October 14 – Thursday October 31, 2019

All housing applications will be subject to review by GMU Korea’s Office of Student Affairs. If you have a hold on your account, you will not be considered for on-campus housing for the Spring 2020 semester.

*You are not required to pay your housing fee during the application period.*

*As spaces are limited, your application will not guarantee your placement for housing*

Room Allocation Guarantee Notification

Friday November 8, 2019

The Office of Student Affairs will notify the student if they are guaranteed housing for Spring 2020. Please check your Masonlive email address.

Waiting List:

Students who did not receive the Room Allocation Guarantee Notification will be on the waiting list and contacted separately.

Chest X-Ray TB Test Shuttle Bus

On-Campus Schedule

Tuesday December 3 – Thursday December 5, 2019

All GMU Korea students will be able to receive their Chest X-Ray TB test on the shuttle bus. It is required by law that all students residing on-campus complete the Chest X-Ray TB test before check in.

Location: Housing B – IBK ATM

Time: TBD

Total Cost: KRW 4,000 (Cash Only)

Chest X-Ray TB Test Submission Deadline

Monday December 2 – Sunday December 15, 2019

Chest X-Ray TB Test

·         Must be issued after December 1, 2019

·         For students who received the TB test on-campus, please mark on your housing application form

·         Document in Korean language will be accepted

Payment Deadline

Monday December 2 – Sunday December 15, 2019

Payment

·         Write your name when you make the payment (GM – Your Name)

·         All payments MUST be made between December 2, 2019 and December 15, 2019. Any payments made before or after the designated time period will be unapproved. As a result, your Spring 2020 housing application may be cancelled.

Housing Fee:

·         Single: KRW 1,594,000

·         Double: KRW 1,009,000

Check In Start Date

Monday February 10, 2020

Location: Housing A (Room A117)

Time:

·         Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM

·         Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·         If you are unable to check in during these times, please notify the IGC Housing Office (housing@igc.or.kr / 032-626-4856) to make special arrangements for your check in.

Spring 2020 Housing –
