[Mason Cares Program] Housing Construction Program with Habitat for Humanity Korea
Wednesday, November 11, 2020 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST
As part of Mason Korea’s commitment to making a positive impact in our community, we are launching a Mason Cares Program which will be a series of volunteer activities and initiatives that brings faculty, students and staff together to give back and expand our community engagement. Due to COVID-19, we were unable to roll this out earlier this year as planned but are excited to announce our first activity under this program in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Korea. We have limited availability for this particular activity with only 10 spots maximum permitted for the event and have originally reserved 2 spots for staff organizers, 2 spots for faculty, and 6 spots for students. We are inviting students, staff, and faculty interested in participating in this volunteer event.
This will be on a first come, first serve basis. You will be listed on the waitlist in case anyone drops out or we have more spots. Mason Korea will cover the cost of insurance, transportation, and safety equipment required for the program. Lunch will also be provided by Habitat Korea.
Kindly see below the details on the event and if you are able to participate, RSVP HERE by Friday November 6, 2020.
On November 11 (Wed), in collaboration with the Habitat for Humanity Korea, we will be participating in one of their housing construction programs. We are looking for students, staff, and faculty who can join us on that day.
