Mason Korea’s Career Development Center (MK CDC) has developed a holistic and comprehensive 4-Year Career Readiness Program to help our students develop into competitive candidates upon graduation. The first part of this program, Awareness, will help students to expand their self-awareness and career-awareness through Career Interest Assessments in StrengthsFinder, workshops, and various career events and activities. The CliftonStrengths assessment (formally known as the StrengthsFinder) will be crucial in helping students discover their top talents and strengths, which can then be used to explore their desired careers.

Discover your strengths and learn how to become a leader! Are you a current student leader who want to improve your skill? The Office of University Life would like to support students to find their strengths and learn how to be a leader. This program is for all Mason Korea students who would like for to discover their strengths and develop their skill to become a future leader. A certificate of Leadership Academy will be provided after completing the session.
