How to View the Class List

The class list for each instructor’s section is available via Patriot Web. The class list on Patriot Web is considered the Official class list once the Last Day to Drop for the semester has passed; however, instructors are responsible for verifying that all students attending their classes are officially enrolled by the Last Day to Add for the semester.  Students not officially enrolled by the Last Day to Add should be referred to the Department Chair (or Student Services Office for School of Management courses) for an exception to policy and late registration procedures, if approved.

Instructors log into Patriot Web using their user ID and password and can view and/or print the list of students enrolled and waitlisted (if applicable) for their sections. After logon, click on the “Faculty and Advisor Services” tab located at the top of the screen and you will be given various options for viewing your class list.



  1. Log on to Patriot Web.
  2. Select “Faculty and Advisor Services.”
  3. Select “Summary Class List.”
  4. Select the term and click “Submit.”
  5. If you are the instructor, select the course you wish to work with from the drop-down list, then click “Submit CRN”. If you are an advisor, click “Enter CRN Directly” at the bottom of the page, then enter the 5-digit CRN and click “Submit”.
    NOTE: If you are an assigned instructor and your course does not appear in the drop-down list, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs. Until the issue is resolved, you may follow the advisor instructions to enter the CRN directly for view-only access.
  6. The roster will display in alphabetic order.
