Mason Korea Strengthens Partnership with KEPCO through Second Annual Executive Education Program

Building upon the success of its inaugural year, Mason Korea recently launched the second edition of the Advanced Business English Program in partnership with Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), South Korea's largest electric utility and a Global Fortune 500 company.

The 12-week executive education program, led by Mason Korea Professor Tony Covello, aims to equip fourteen global managers from KEPCO with business English skills essential for thriving in the international energy sector. The program features customized courses taught by Mason Korea faculty for the KEPCO employees.

The first module of the program is scheduled to run every weekend from July to September 2nd, encompassing 10 weeks of immersive learning. Following this, an intensive second module is slated for September.

During President Gregory Washington's visit to Mason Korea last August, he had the opportunity to meet with executives from KEPCO, alongside Mason Korea's senior leadership, to discuss potential areas for further collaboration.

The Advanced Business English Program, a collaboration between Mason Korea and KEPCO, is one of several executive education programs driven by the Office of Development and Strategic Partnerships. The program underscores Mason Korea’s commitment to fostering industry partnerships and delivering practical knowledge to professionals.
