Mason Korea graduate Min Jeong Shin, Conflict Analysis and Resolution '21, shares her Mason experiences and salutes this semester's graduates.

Mason Korea partnered with the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) to offer a special lecture program for students enrolled in Dream Together Master (DTM), a global sports development graduate program at Seoul National University. Professors Roland Wilson and Soyoung Kwon lectured on sports diplomacy to nearly 30 students from around the world.

Professor Lester Kurtz discusses his multi-decade research project on a four-volume Encyclopedia of Violence, Peace, and Conflict. He also reflects on his time at Mason Korea before returning to the Fairfax campus.

Mason Korea is pleased to announce three new scholarship programs in support of student access and learning.  The scholarships target student need, academic engagement, and contributions to campus life. 

Mason Korea held its first in-person graduation ceremony since the pandemic outbreak. The ceremony, which was simultaneously broadcasted live, allowed graduates to celebrate with some of their family and faculty members.

Jihyo Cha graduated last fall with a BA in Global Affairs and a minor in Communications. Since discovering her passion for PR and communications during her undergraduate years, she began her first job right after graduating.

Mason Korea has partnered with the Foundation for Medical Innovation (FMI) to collaborate on innovative growth in the field of medicine and life sciences. Through this partnership, Mason faculty will be providing customized training and consultation to bio industry researchers and professionals at FMI Business School.

This week, Mason Korea Campus Dean Dr. Robert Matz signed an MOU on ‘Community-Linked High School Credit System’ with Seong Hoon Do, Superintendent of the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education at a signing ceremony hosted by the Incheon Global Campus (IGC).
