This course will explore how organizations and leaders across sectors can use community engagement techniques and collaborative problem solving tools to achieve their goals and reach consensus-based and mutually-beneficial solutions. The course will be hands-on and experiential-based. Students will be introduced to different problem-solving techniques and will be given opportunities to experience and facilitate activities in-class. Offered by Conflict Analysis & Resolution. Limited to three attempts.
