Builds on the theories and concepts presented in CONF 330 to focus on the practice of group and community conflict. Through intensive simulations using conflict cases, students will have the opportunity to practice conflict resolution skills such as dialogue, problem solving, mediation and negotiation and gain a practical understanding of third party roles and intervention strategies in community, group, and organizational settings. Offered by Conflict Analysis & Resolution. Limited to three attempts.
