Explores how public policy is designed, implemented, and evaluated; why certain issues gain policy attention while others do not; and what contributes to policy success or failure. Topics include the relationship between politics and public policy, stages of policy development, key actors and dynamics, and factors influencing policy outcomes.Offered by Schar Govt/International Affrs. Limited to three attempts.
