[Safe Zone Program] Part 2. Awareness Module

Mason Korea invites you to the "Safe Zone Program”! This program consists of 4 workshops: (1) Introduction to LGBTQ+ Communities, (2) Awareness Module, (3) Gender Module, and (4) Ally Skills Building Module. The primary mission of Mason's Safe Zone Program is to create a safer, more welcoming, and inclusive campus environment, to strengthen community, and encourage networking among students, faculty, and staff toward the goal of supporting the well-being of LGBTQ people.
We will be providing first two workshops this semester, as part of our Pride Week celebration.
Part 2: Awareness Module (March 16, 7 - 10 PM (KST) / Zoom)
By participating in this module, participants will be able to:
- Describe LGBTQ+ identities
- Give examples of LGBTQ+ cultural history
- Apply intersectionality to their own experiences
*Number of seats at this module will be limited to 30 for each group (students/employee).
