Leadership Academy: Level 1 - Level 3

Do you want to discover your strengths and learn how to become a leader? Or Are you a current student leader who want to improve your skill? The Office of University Life would like to inform you about Leadership Academy to support students to find their strengths and learn how to be a leader. This program is for all Mason Korea students who would like for to discover their strengths and develop their skill to become a future leader.

Level 1 of Leadership Academy will be provided for 15 selected students. Level 1 program includes finding your strengths via Clifton Strengths assessment and Virtual student leadership training by LEAD Team at Fairfax campus on the following dates.

Level I

  1. Friday, March 18, (8am-10am) / Zoom
    1. Everyday Leadership and SMART Goals
  2. Friday, March 18, (10:30am – 12pm) / G401
    1. Find your strengths and goal as a student leader via Clifton Strengths

Level II

  • Friday, March 25/ TBD

Level III

  • Friday, April 1/ TBD
