The Mason Reads program starts with a common book for incoming freshmen, infusing the book into academic classes and co-curricular programming. As part of this semester’s Mason Reads Program, we are delighted to invite you to a series of events around the book “Kim Jiyoung, Born 1982” by Cho Nam-Joo.

This will be an opportunity for students and community members of Mason Korea to exchange thoughts on gender issues in Korea and beyond by series of events around this book, throughout this semester: Book Club, Movie Screening, and Writing Competition.

No registration is required, and light snacks will be provided.
