LEAD - PAWsitive Leadership

Past Event

Friday, April 19, 2024 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM KST

Dear students,

LEAD at Mason Korea would like to invite you to participate in “PAWsitive Leadership” - a volunteer opportunity at Animal Rights Korea (아크보호소)!

Animal Rights Korea (아크보호소) is a former dog meat farm turned into an animal shelter for rescue dogs located in Gyeyang Mountain, Incheon. They provide shelter to 140 rescue dogs whilst looking for their forever homes.

If you would like to learn more about ARK, please visit their Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ark_animalrightskorea/

On April 19th, we will be taking 20 students to the ARK shelter to spend a day learning about how service and leadership are intertwined and helping out some furry friends!

The event will run from 9am to 5pm, and transportation departing and returning to campus and lunch will be provided to all students who participate.

While the transportation will be provided, you can come and go on your own within this time period.

(Please note that students who participate are recommended to have had a tetanus (파상풍) vaccination.)
