We are excited to invite you to the "Life Matters: Mental Wellness" Campaign, offering a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and enhance your understanding of mental wellness, promote positivity, and prioritize self-care. This event is proudly hosted by IGC in collaboration with Incheon City.

1. Date: Wednesday, April 24th, 2024
2. Time:
    - Main awareness session runs from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
    - Overall campaign activities from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
3. Venue: IGC Multicomplex Building, Small Theater (5th Floor)
    

The event will include:

• Mental health awareness session.
• Complimentary hamburgers for the first 100 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Engaging activities, self-assessment opportunities, and chances to win exciting items such as keyrings, phone grips, water bottles, and more.
