Mason Korea (119 Songdomunhwa-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Korea), G316 Center for Well-Being
You’re invited to MK Mental Health Talks II: Self-Care that Actually Works on Thursday, April 2 at 12:00 PM in G316.
This session is designed to move beyond the common idea of self-care as simply relaxation and instead help students understand what actually supports their well-being in a sustainable way. Students will reflect on what truly recharges them, explore practical self-care strategies that fit their real lives, and consider how to make small, meaningful changes over time.
Lunch will be provided for students who RSVP in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but lunch cannot be guaranteed without an RSVP.
We hope you’ll join us for this honest and practical conversation about self-care that actually works.
