Sr. Coordinator for International Relations Operations

Gloria is a member of the Office of International Relations & Strategic Initiatives, where she coordinates international partnership operations, manages the planning and delivery of short-term international programs, supports outbound student transitions, oversees office operations, and coordinates international events, conferences, and visiting delegations. Her role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage institutional agreements, ensure compliance with university policies, coordinate program logistics, and support the successful implementation of international initiatives.

Prior to this role, Gloria was a member of the Office of Academic Affairs, where she managed student records, oversaw institutional reporting, facilitated student enrollment, and advised direct-admit Business majors on academic matters. Before joining the university, she served as the Incoming Coordinator at Ajou University's Office of International Affairs, where she managed exchange programs for international students, coordinated the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) program, organized cultural activities and field trips, and ensured compliance with immigration regulations.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ajou University, double majoring in Culture and Contents and English Language and Literature. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at Michigan State University.
