Senior Manager, Executive Office

Crystal is a member of our Office of Executive Administration. She is one of the first people employed by Mason Korea—she has worked at Mason Korea since 2014 and supported every one of Mason Korea’s leaders. In her current role, she manages the daily operations of the Campus Dean’s Office and provides essential administrative support to the Campus Dean. She oversees office management, ensuring smooth execution of all office operations and procedures. Crystal also leads the Incheon Citizen College (ICC) program, coordinating with faculty to offer free courses to Incheon citizens, while ensuring successful project delivery and high participant satisfaction.

Before joining Mason Korea, she worked as a business coordinator at an international school in Korea, refining her organizational and communication skills.
