Dr. Heung Gweon Sin is an assistant professor in the Information Systems and Operations Management at the School of Business, George Mason University Korea Campus.
Prior to joining George Mason University, he taught at Inha University, Hongik University, and University of Seoul.
He has been with AECOM in New York City for more than ten years and involved in various projects for New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Transportation, New Jersey Department of Transportation, and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
