Jason was born in Spokane, Washington in 1973. He played a variety of sports and was active in school and club activities. His other interests included skateboarding and snowboarding which he took seriously. He later visited Japan and Italy as an exchange student and became very interested in travel and languages. After finishing college, he immediatly moved to South Korea to pursue a teaching career and build a life. He continues to pursue happiness and success in Korea to this day.

Education

After graduating from East Valley High School in Spokane Valley, Jason decided to attend Gonzaga University in his hometown. He majored in English literature and studied in Florence for a year. Immediately after graduating, he began teaching in Korea where he earned his MA in TESOL from SMU.
