Richard Prasad is a long-time resident of Korea, with more than 15 years experience teaching EFL and EAP at the tertiary level here. He is very proud to part of the faculty at George Mason University Korea as a Term Instructor of EAP, first in the foundation MK Way program and now as part of the team teaching specialized English for Academic Purposes courses . Prof. Prasad has been a frequent collaborator in curriculum initiatives and contributor to academic forums for the development of EAP instruction. His instructional experience has included academic writing and speaking skills, English for Scientific Purposes and other areas of ESP, and language proficiency assessment. In the classroom he is looking forward to contributing to his students' empowerment, growth and success as members of the GMUK and the broader global community.
