Veronica Sohwi Jeong

Sr. Coordinator of Student Success and Transitions

Veronica is the Senior Coordinator of Student Success and Transitions at the Office of University Life. She supports students throughout their academic journey by developing and coordinating programs that promote student success, engagement, and a smooth transition between George Mason University’s Korea and Fairfax campuses. Her responsibilities include providing individualized student support, coordinating transition-related initiatives, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance the overall student experience.

Prior to her current role, Veronica worked in the Office of Admissions and Enrollment at George Mason University Korea, where she managed undergraduate admissions processes and student recruitment initiatives. She also previously worked in the International Student Admissions Department at Kyung Hee University.

Education

Veronica holds Master's degree in Korean Language Education as a second language from Kyunghee University.
