Academic language support course for Undergraduate Pathway students taking COMM101: Fundamentals of Communication. This course is designed to help students succeed in COMM101 by aiding in comprehension of reading materials in COMM, providing additional resources to topics in COMM, giving extra opportunities to work on and improve submissions for COMM, and providing other speaking skills, academic skills, or language skills that will be useful for the COMM101 class.

Focus on increasing students' comprehension and use of key grammatical structures, vocabulary, word forms, and reading/annotation strategies in oral speech and group discussions. Notes: Students must attain minimum grade of C to fulfill program requirements. Offered by INTO Mason. Limited to three attempts.
