This course explores critical environmental issues that affect our planet and our lives. Students will investigate environmental science topics through a combination of recorded lectures, online activities, and interactive, in-person sessions focused on applying course concepts. The hybrid format allows for a balance of flexibility and engagement while minimizing lecture time during class meetings.

Topics range broadly from global populations and wastewater treatment to environmental law, and genetic engineering. Includes both science and science policy of the environment.
