The Mason experience includes a number of annual university events that build a community, share experiences and broaden horizons. Starting with Welcome Week and ending with Commencement, in between you’ll find:
Submit Event/ Activity Proposal: Fall 2023 Event/ Activity Proposal
Student leaders must submit the form at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled event. Purchases must be made after receiving the approval. Once approved, submit the Event/ Activity Report within two (2) business days after the event.
Submit Even/Activity Report: Fall 2023 Event/Activity Report
All event organizers at Mason Korea are asked to go through the Event Emergency Checklist when hosting an event on campus.
