On-campus Storage

On-Campus Storage Policy Information

Mason Korea offers on-campus storage for international students with limited availability. The storage spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to international students. If there are vacant spaces after accommodating international students, domestic students may also be allowed to use the on-campus storage.

The expiration date for stored items is set at two semesters (a period of 8 months) starting from the date of submitting the application. Mason Korea is not responsible for any items that are not picked up after the expiration date, and the items may be discarded.

On-Campus Storage Policy

1. Responsibility: Students are solely responsible for their belongings in the storage. Mason Korea will not be held liable for any losses, thefts, and damages that may occur to the stored items. It is the student's responsibility to read, understand, and adhere to all policies and procedures regarding on-campus storage.

2. Initiative and Risk: Students store their items in the on-campus storage at their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

3. Retrieval Timeframe: All students agree to retrieve and remove their belongings from the storage areas no later than one week after the start of classes each semester. It is essential to adhere to this timeline to avoid any potential issues.

4. Disposal of Unclaimed Items: In cases where students fail to pick up their stored items on the agreed date, Mason Korea reserves the right to dispose of the student's belongings. Prior notice will be given to the student before any such action is taken.
