 Mason Community Crew

 

Mason Community Crew is a group of student volunteers who help prepare, promote and support University Life events.

Members assist with event set-up and clean-up, help with promotions, participate actively during events, attend scheduled meetings, and represent University Life in a positive and professional way.

Their role is to help create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment for the campus community while developing teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Members gain leadership experience, community service involvement, and meaningful campus connections through participation.

 

Tier System 

Team members may be recognized based on their level of participation: 

Member

A Member is officially recognized as part of the Mason Community Crew after joining and completing onboarding requirements. 

Active Member 

An Active Member has attended three (3) or more UL events, including preparation, promotion, or clean-up, and attends scheduled team meetings with no more than two unexcused absences. 

Lead Member 

A Lead Member has attended five (5) or more UL events, consistently demonstrates leadership and reliability, assists with guiding other members, and attends scheduled team meetings with no more than two unexcused absences.
