A. GMU email accounts are not activated immediately after creation.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for activation.
- If your account is still not activated after this period, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

Q. I am getting an error when entering my date of birth for the Claim Code. ⊕
A. In some cases, the date of birth format stored in the system may vary.
- Please try both formats:
- MM/DD/YY (e.g., 01/30/04)
- DD/MM/YY (e.g., 30/01/04)
- If the issue persists after trying both formats, please contact Mason Korea ITS: 032-626-5300
Q. I cannot log in to Office 365. ⊕
A. Your account may have been deactivated due to long-term inactivity (e.g., leave of absence, military service).

A. The Mason Korea IT team does not have direct access to Canvas accounts.
