I’m currently a sophomore majoring in business with a concentration in marketing. I’ve taken a variety of courses that helped me strengthen my academic writing and communication skills, and I’m here to support you in doing the same. Hello, everyone! I'm Yerang Kim, majoring in Computer Game Design. I completed the PPP curriculum while majoring in Business during my first year, and changed my major to Computer Game Design. Now, I am a Junior, and I became an English writing and communication consultant at the ARC. I believe there are many students who have a similar experience to mine. Therefore, I'm sure that I can help you through the experience I've had so far. Hi, everyone! My name is Yerin Lee, and I am a Junior majoring in Global Affairs. I began my studies in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, which is now my minor. Through this experience, I have learned how to adjust to different academic fields at Mason. I have completed core courses such as ENGH 100 and COMM 101, as well as most of the Mason Core requirements, and I am happy to help with writing, presentations, and class participation.
In my first year, writing essays and giving presentations in English felt unfamiliar and challenging. Because of this, I especially welcome first-year students who may feel unsure or nervous about their classes. I am here to offer support and help you feel more confident in your academic work.
