Computational and Data Sciences: CDS 491 - Internship (under review)
CDS 491: Internship offers on-the-job experience for CDS majors or minors working in industry and government laboratories. Supervision and approval of this course must be arranged with the course instructor and Mason Korea Academic Affairs before registering.
General Questions
Students must be CDS majors or minors in their junior or senior year and must obtain permission from a CDS instructor.

1-3 credits. Please discuss your credit option with the course instructor prior to your course registration.
This course is a variable credit course, which means students can choose the number of credits within the approved range. You must only register for the number of credits you are approved for by your instructor. Please look at the demo and adjust your credits during registration process.
All students who are enrolled in CDS 491 must submit the following to the course instructor so that a grade can be recorded. Please note that CDS 491 is graded on the Satisfactory/No Credit scale:

Statement from the internship host verifying that the student has successfully completed the internship.

An end of internship report highlighting the following. (A suggestion would be to journal weekly as to what was accomplished/learned.):
