Workplace Concerns Reporting

Mason Korea's Human Resources Department is committed to fostering a work environment where staff members feel respected, valued, and positive about their workplace. We recognize that workplace concerns, if left unaddressed, can negatively impact employee performance and team objectives. Delayed resolution of such issues may lead to decreased morale, reduced efficiency, and increased absenteeism.

To address these potential challenges, our HR Department has implemented University Workplace Concern Channels. Through these channels, we provide guidance and support to assist employees in navigating serious workplace situations, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution process.
